Justin Havard, the proud owner of our family-run pallet manufacturing company, has been immersed in the industry since childhood. His father, Arlis, founded the company in 1989, and Justin spent countless hours learning the trade by his side. After officially joining the team and honing his skills, Justin and his older brother Jermey took over the business in 2016. In 2019 Justin became 100% owner and  brought  with him a vision for growth and innovation. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to two locations and added its own lumber mill, ensuring quality and sustainability from start to finish.
